the location is really good. it is easy to access public transport links. the staff were friendly and helpful. borrowing an iron was free and easy.

the staff were very helpful and polite, i appreciate that. the location was also easy to get around from due to the train station being very close.

the room was very small (a small double room), there was hardly any space for luggage. the windows also didn't close entirely. i could hear everything going on outside on the main street and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart.

The location was excellent for exploring the city. the staff were also very friendly and helpful around the clock. the sliding window cover kept the room dark which was effective. the bed felt generally comfortable. I slept well.
